Positive: The hotel features a modern and elegant design. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although slightly understaffed and inexperienced. The pool area was a highlight. The restaurant was of good quality although not exceptional and slightly overpriced. The parking space was conveniently located and very handy. Good A/C in the room.

Negative: The services and facilities provided are not on-point with a 4 star rating and the price tag: - we booked the junior suite which looked very much like a regular room with a useless empty appendix room with a sofa in it; the wardrobe was way too small - the main showerhead was malfunctioning when we arrived. we reported the problem repeatedly and it took 2 days to resolve - we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it; the complementary napkins in our bathroom were left empty for almost the entire stay - no complementary water in the room except for the first day The restaurant staff was very kind and sweet but totally understaffed. Waiting times were definitely too long and, despite my wife warned of her gluten intolerance in advance, we had to keep asking for gluten-free bread at breakfast and dinner. Over the course of the holiday, the gluten-free basket progressively ran out of stuff which was never refurbished. On the last day, my wife basically didn't have breakfast as nobody cared to bring her anything.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, but we saw tons of room for improvement
